Working on a Student Visa is Illegal
According to the Immigration Law of Korea, it is illegal for
foreign nationals with a student or tourist visa to have a job
(including a part-time job) in Korea other than the one for
which their visas were issued. Failure to abide by this law
is grounds for deportation.
