You can apply for your
Student ID Card at the start of the semester. The application form
may be obtained at the One Stop Service Center. 2 color photographs
(3x4cm / passport-sized) and the completed application should be submitted
to the department head office for issuance.
In addition to functioning as an identity card, this card will give
you an access to the library.
Students should receive an ID Card from the Office of Student Affairs
at the beginning of each semester. A student must always carry the
ID Card and present it whenever a professor requests to see it.
Students are not permitted to use a reading room in the library
without presenting their ID Card.
