The Graduate School of Technology and Management is a special graduate school established mainly for those who work in industrial areas during the day and wish to take a graduate course for a master¡¯s degree in order to acquire new advanced techniques and new business administrative skills. Founded in 1988, the School operates a master's degree program and a chief executive officer course.
The School is planning to systemize the educational courses to continuously educate people to be equipped with competent skills and management expertise in industrial areas. Meanwhile, the School will operate around competitive academic departments through a decisive rearrangement of various majors rather indirectly open at present.
At the same time, efforts will be made to increase opportunities for technological renovation by promoting cooperation between industries and academia especially focusing on science and engineering areas. Emphasis will also be placed on materializing a model of tailored education by providing specialized educational programs entrusted by industries. Especially, on-line cyber education programs will be gradually provided starting with courses likely to yield uplifted effect, creating a new paradigm in educational system.
The Graduate Course for CEOs, opened as a special course, is planning to enhance business management profit by expanding new students through the human network among the graduates and to strengthen ties between the university and the local community by encouraging an active role of the general alumni association of the Graduate Course for CEOs.

- Students must attend GTM for at least five semesters
- Students must obtain at least 24 credit hours for the master's degree.
- Students have to pass the graduation examination on 2 subjects.
- Students have to pass the English examination.
